Well, of course, as Grandparents, we want to show off our grandkids. In this photo, they are enjoying a pleasant summer day on the lawn in Provo. Left to right, we have Roscoe, Winter, Levi (with Angela's hands), and Logan.

And here are some of my favorite women at the museum at Thanksgiving Point near SLC.

That's Jessica, Liz, and Angela. Ruthie wasn’t with us, but I thought you might like to hear her sing. You will need
Windows Media Player which you can get from Microsoft, but it's probably already there if your PC is fairly new.Ruthie had a gig out at SouthFork Ranch (Yes, the actual locale from the old TV show, Dallas), singing for a birthday party. There is lots of background noise, but … Click here to hear her sing "Yodeling Blues" (my favorite)
Ruthie_Yodelin.wmv 3.7 megs. NOTE: It has some irritating pauses and buzzes at the beginning, so you have to be patient.Or click here to hear her sing "Why" (Liz’s favorite), also at SouthFork.
Ruthie_Why.wmv 4.3 megs. She really had the audience in her pocket by then as you can tell from the audience reaction right at the beginning. By the way, the birthday boy is Al.
If you are curious to know what Dad did in the big WWII, I recorded a fairly long segment with him describing it. However, I only have 10 megs of space on this web page, so it you want it, I'll have to send you a CD.
The story is broken into 3 segments. When I started, I thought I would break it into 3 equally-spaced segments, but each turned out to be significantly larger than the one before. They are 5.5, 13.5, and 36.8 megs in .WMV format. I can build them in other formats if you want, but it will be even larger than .WMV.
